1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ecstasy Eyewear website and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Orders and Payments
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time. Payments are accepted through major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure methods as displayed on the checkout page.

3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times vary based on your location. For orders exceeding a value of 199 NZD, shipping is offered for free. For all other orders, standard shipping charges apply.

  • Frames: 3 to 4 working days for shipping.
  • Prescriptions: 2 weeks for shipping.
  • Same-day Glasses: Single Vision - 3 to 4 working days for shipping. If not in store, we’ll send an email informing that it will take 3-4 days if they purchase.

4. Returns
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking confirmation for unworn, non-scratched, and non-damaged items. Customers must inform us via email before returning the item. Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item has manufacturing defects.

Returned products must be in their original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. Items should be securely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, ideally using the same carton used for shipping to you.

5. Product Warranty
Our eyewear products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and store your data. By using our website, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability
Ecstasy Eyewear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or purchases made will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Zealand.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
