Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the customer’s receipt or tracking confirmation for unworn, non-scratched, and non-damaged items. You, as a customer, are obliged to inform us via email before returning the item, only in the following cases:
– You received the wrong item.
– The item arrived damaged.
– The item has manufacturing defects.
The returned product(s) must be in their original packaging, safely wrapped, undamaged, and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be securely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, ideally using the same carton used for shipping to you.
